The 71st Highway Geology Symposium is continuing as planned, and will take place in-person May 23-25, 2022, at the Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina. The safety and health of everyone is of paramount importance, and the Steering Committee is closely monitoring the COVID 19 pandemic. We are requiring all participants to be vaccinated, if not, a negative test result within 72 hours. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result upon check-in at the conference. Indoor mask requirements currently exist, regardless of vaccination status, in Buncombe County, NC. If any changes to the symposium should occur, all participants will be notified by email, and up to date information will be posted to www.highwaygeologysymposium.org.
